My slime feels too sticky — how do I fix it?
Sticky slime is normal while you are mixing and is almost always fixable, so don't worry that the kit is faulty. Start with clean, completely dry hands, since lotion, sweat and damp fingers are the most common cause of slime grabbing. Then knead it steadily for one to two minutes — it firms up noticeably as it is worked. If it still feels tacky, seal it back in its container and chill it in the fridge for about ten minutes, then knead again. Slime also turns stickier in hot, humid rooms, so a cooler spot helps. If none of that does the trick, reach out to us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, your choice.
Can I choose which kits I get?
No — this is a surprise bundle, and the two kits are randomly selected from the GUI GUI assortment. Because they are random, receiving two of the same variety is possible. Every kit is a complete, full-size slime kit with its own collectible mini figure either way.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after processing, and expedited options are available at checkout. Orders of $35 or more ship free.
