The line runs in two formats: soft plush (currently a 6-inch size) and small mystery figures. Both are sold as single blind packs or as a combo bundle, and both are organized into numbered "series," which is where most of the confusion starts. A Series 1 plush and a Series 2 plush are different assortments with different character lineups — they are not the same product with a different label.

Mystery 6-Inch Plush — Series 2

The LankyBox Mystery 6" Plush — Series 2 is the current plush assortment, $14.95 and in stock now. Each sealed pack holds one of nine collectible characters, including Boxy and Foxy, made from soft, huggable material with show-accurate designs. You can't tell which character is inside from the packaging, which is the point — kids collecting the full set of nine will end up with duplicates along the way, same as any blind box format.

This is the plush to buy right now. It's the current wave, it's well stocked, and it's the version most compatible with the rest of what's currently in the LankyBox aisle.

Mystery Figure Pack — Series 4

The LankyBox Mystery Figure Pack — Series 4 is the small-figure counterpart, $6.95 and in stock. Where the plush is soft and huggable, this is a detailed mini figure — the kind that gets lined up on a shelf or a desk rather than carried around. Series 4 includes characters like Hackerbot, Hacker Ghosty, Cotton Cam, Chef Ty, Hero Foxy and Rainglow Boxy, and some figures in the wave have glow-in-the-dark details, which is a fun detail to know about before your kid discovers it themselves at bedtime.

At under $7, this is the cheapest way into the line and a natural add-on to a plush order rather than a gift on its own.

The Mystery Bundle — best value

The LankyBox Mystery Bundle pairs one Series 2 plush with one Series 4 figure pack for $17.95 — cheaper than buying both separately, and it's currently our best-stocked LankyBox item. Series 1 — what's still in print

The LankyBox Mini Mystery Plush — Series 1 was the original 6-inch plush assortment, also nine characters including Boxy, Foxy and Rocky. It's currently out of stock here and we would not count on a restock — Series 1 has been superseded by Series 2 as the active wave, which is the normal life cycle for a blind box assortment once a new series ships. We're leaving the product page up so you can see what the wave looked like and so nobody buys a duplicate listing elsewhere thinking it's the same as Series 2. If it does come back into stock, it will show as available on that page.

The practical takeaway: if a character checklist or a video mentions a LankyBox plush character you can't find here, check whether it belongs to Series 1 before assuming we're missing it. It may simply be retired.
